How far?

How far are you willing to go to lose the desire to overeat?

Fred I enjoy your posts so much. I had this discussion with a friend yesterday as she had been in relapse - not a serious one, according to her, just doubling her plates.

I came back from a trip recently and I had to state my food requirements at the beginning of the days. No apology, just fact.

I say it for myself first. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks/pleads/dismisses - I have to put my food issues first and foremost in my mind every day.

Any length.

Another 24 my friend.

Thank you.

Food is always on my mind, well almost all of the time... it seems, well except when it is not on my mind, and then I am up to the ankles in shit... or something.

I actually do better away from home than at home. Meals are usually not the problem, it is the constant food out here that provides cueing, baiting, or whatever, and the frequent cravings.

The major problem is that I do not have enough that I must do...that I want to do... enough to keep me busy, but then I get enough and get to tired, and that is the other problem.
