Removing negative core beliefs

Many core beliefs are stored in implied memory and imprinted reactions that we developed as children. As adults, we need to look at these and remove all that do not serve us today. In effect, change our core values, and core beliefs.

Before we can remove a negative core belief, we need to identify it.

Other food related ones are:
Clean that plate. (may have applied, but if it bothers you, just do not take it.)
Do not waste food. ( Do not cook it to start with.)
Sugar is food. (Carbohydrates are not food in some cultures)
Wheat is food. (bad for up to 50% of the population)
Seed oils are food. (omega 6 balance is out to lunch)
Cravings should be responded to. (they are just feelings)
Hunger is to be fed. (sever hunger yes, but not mild hunger or not cravings)
Breakfast is the most important meal. (market slogan of 1930's)
Eat to satiation. (often promoted concept, but some do not know satiation)
Eat fats. (Paleo concept, a few fats, but calories count up fast.)
Moderation (well perhaps some people can handle it, but not the hyperinsulinemic)
 etc.
